1. What Aamava is

Aamava (aamava.com) is a technology platform and information marketplace. Aamava is not an air carrier, direct air carrier, air taxi operator, indirect air carrier, air charter broker of record, or freight forwarder. Aamava does not own, operate, maintain, crew, or sell air transportation, and it does not hold itself out to the public as providing air transportation.

2. Who provides the flights

All air transportation displayed or facilitated through Aamava is sold, contracted, and performed by independently operated, FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers (or their authorized agents). Any charter, empty-leg, seat, or cargo arrangement made through introductions on Aamava is a contract solely between you and that operator. You are responsible for verifying the operator, aircraft, and terms with the operator directly.

3. Cost-sharing features

Aamava provides tools (trip posts, matching, and a cost-split calculator) that help users coordinate with one another and with operators. Cost figures shown for planning purposes are estimates; the binding price is the operator's written quote. Aamava does not arrange or participate in joint-purchase arrangements as a principal and makes no representation that any particular arrangement complies with applicable aviation regulations; users and operators are responsible for ensuring their own regulatory compliance, including 14 CFR Parts 135 and 380 and DOT economic authority requirements.

4. Detected data

Empty legs labeled "detected" are algorithmic inferences from public flight data and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Detection confidence scores are estimates, not guarantees. Always confirm details with the operator.

5. Accounts & conduct

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. Operators must hold (or act under the authority of a holder of) a valid Part 135 certificate and may only post legs they are authorized to offer. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers & liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aamava is not liable for the acts or omissions of air carriers, other users, or any consequences of relying on estimated or detected information.
