What we collect

Account data you provide (name, email, optional phone), trip posts and interests you create, saved searches, and standard server logs. We do not sell personal data.

Flight data we display

Empty-leg detections are derived from publicly available ADS-B flight data and FAA public registries. We honor the FAA's LADD program: aircraft whose owners have opted out of public tracking are excluded from our public pages. Registry-derived operator information (certificate names, designators, fleet) is public FAA data.

How we use data

To operate the marketplace, send transactional email (verification, interest notifications, saved-search alerts), and prevent abuse. We share your interest details with the specific operator or trip organizer you contact — that's the point of the product — and with no one else.

Retention & your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time via privacy@aamava.com. Operational flight/leg records are retained to improve the detection model.
